ELE/Q3104:Field Technician – Other Home Appliances
Other Home Appliances Field Technician: Also called, Technician’, this is an after sales service job for installing and support to the water purifier, mixer/grinder buyers.
Brief Job Description: The individual at work installs the appliance and interacts with customers to diagnose the problem and possible causes. Once the problem and causes have been identified, the individual rectifies minor blems or replaces faulty modules for failed parts or recommends factory repairs for bigger faults.
Personal Attributes: The individual must be willing to work in the field and travel through the day from one customer’s premise to another. Punctuality, amenable behaviour, patience, good interpersonal relationship building, trustworthiness, integrity, and critical thinking are important attributes for this job.
