Vocational Trainers (Beauty and Wellness) in Meghalaya
Job role: Assistant Beauty Therapist(QUALIFICATION PACK: Ref. Id. 9th &10th - BWS/Q0101 11th &12th Ref Id: BWS/Q0102) The selected trainers will work in the schools and take classes for students from the IXth to the XIIth class. The positions are contractual. The course is experiential oriented and the teachers are expected to teach using theory as well as practicals. The teacher is responsible for lab maintenance. The teacher will also co-ordinate for expert faculty lectures, Industry visits etc.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Cosmetology/ Beauty Therapy/ Beauty Culture from a recognized Institution Minimum 2 year work/teaching experience in the relevant field.
Minimum Competencies: Effective Communication skills (oral and written), Basic computing skills.Should have knowledge of equipment, tools, material, safety. health and hygiene.
The candidate should be a permanent resident of Meghalaya state. The selection will be made on district basis. In case of non availability of candidate from district nearby districts in the same division will be given the opportuntiy and then other divisions of Meghalaya
Mandatory Instructions:
1. Candidates having Degrees/Diploma/Certificates from Universities which are not recognized by UGC/AICTE/State Board will not be eligible.
2. Experience will be calculated after fulfilling the requisite qualification for any post and should be of full time. Part time experience will not be entertained.
3. Age limit is between 18-37 years age relaxation to be provided as per government rules.
5. As all the subjects are in English medium candidates must have good exposure in verbal and non verbal communication in English.
6. Basic knowledge of Computers (MS Office, Internet etc is expected).
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/Interview. NO TA/DA admissible for the same.
8. Candidates called for written test/interview must come with all original documents for verification including experience certificate. Those not meeting eligibility criterion will not be allowed to write the test. Candidates are advised to come with all their documents and originals for verification. Kindly note we may conduct interviews online via Video conference under the current pandemic situation.
